Home sweet home

I started a new quilt, Home Sweet Home by Alma Allen and Barb Adams, well I've had the book for a few years (when it first came out) and even had most of the fabrics in a container just waiting till I got some other things done, and in fact I have looked at the book so much that some of the pages are falling out. Since I am still waiting for my Primitive Garden Pattern to arrive my fingers were itching for some applique. So I started the first block and prepped the 2nd block so I am off to a great start.

Our quilt group went on a mini road trip on Thursday and I picked up just a few more FQ's that I just couldn't live without, I may need a few more reds.....

I finished March Bunny Hill BOM how sweet this BOM is! I think if I add the buttons it might be a bit to much and not sure about the bow, may have to look for a bit different ribbon

Hi Betty,

I've been wanting to do that quilt since I bought the book about a year ago but I can't find the sampler fabric anywhere. It's a Moda Rhubarb and Ginger isn't it?

I'm so envious that you have the fabric. Boo hoo!

Yours will be beautiful when it's done. Don't you just love Blackbird Designs?
