Victorian lace socks

I have been knitting like a crazy lady lately, just finished these cute socks. I used "Mon Amour" by Schaffhauser wolle, which I believe has been discontinued, I have had this yarn for about 9 or 10 years vintage LOL so glad I found something to use it for, the pattern was from a Yahoo group six-sock knitalong.
Love how they turned out.
My Yarn stash isn't nearly as big as my fabric stash but loved just the same

Wow, are those socks hard to make? Very cool!

Love the socks! They look difficult to knit. I haven't knitted for while but thinking about starting another pair.

Catching up with everyone - your turn now Betty. What marvelous socks! I've not ever seen anything like those even with the current knitting craze in full swing. They do look difficult - you are so multi-talented. I want to learn to knit socks - but I just can't start still another hobby right now!
